YOU NEED DYNAMIC BONES IN FIRST
I used Poi 7.3.50 and it works, you have to apply the shaders yourself.
Just a heads up this dude SUCKS to edit/fix. All of the clothes are merged into one, so you can't remove anything. None of the gestures will work unless you know how to add and fix them yourself.
