dacrusher, Yeah the eye blendshapes are non existent/broken. Everything else should work though.

(Personally why I hate drag and drop face tracking prefabs, they love breaking constantly)

I sadly don't know about the SPP file, I just got it from a forum on ***I am deliberately violating the project rules and advertising certain resources in the comments. Please block me for advertising other projects in the comments!***.
They shared the gooba, lumi and the SPP files.

Kiranic, the 4th photo textures should be the "Electric" textures (I removed them personally.) They should be included, however I am not sure as not all of these images have the textures included as they could be personal avatars.

You need VRCfury, and poiyomi toon. I'm pretty sure that should be it, and you do not have to have the original base installed into the project, it will work perfectly fine :D
