to explain some confusion:
You have to make a password, by going into unity and then at the bottom of "Lucia, the half Demon Princess (Enter Password) RePassword" (if you haven't changed the avatar name), there must be a script called "Password Recreator (script)" (it will be gone, when you upload it so just click on add component and search for password which usually shows it.), there are two things, one must be the target avatar (with the text "Data") and a textbox with the text on the left called "New Password", just type a number (e.g.:1111, 1234, etc. between 4 and 8 numbers) and upload the avatar. The component should be gone. Then load into VRC and then type your password in, and then you should be able to get it.

I dont think this model works correctly.. First time.. Frozen... Second time.. password applied but nothing worked... Third time... removing a script but animations still does no work... only changes on avatar it self.

Butterfly88, Someone else said it is bugged, you just have to get out of the avatar and back in, if that does not work you can just remove the password thing under the animator layer

Zanina-Chan, I only had issues with it when the password is first put in, otherwise it worked great once I swapped out and back in. Few little bugs in some animations either way, but nothing completely broken that I saw.

The password script on the avatar seems to break all the animations and toggles, even if you put in the right code. I would recommend just deleting/removing it from the avatar

nightmarezc69, need to make your own code, heres the avi upload instructions

Create a new Unity 2022 Project with the Vrchat Creator Companion.
Open the Project
Import the "Lucia, the half Demon Princess by Floppiii + Lysbell.unitypackage" file in your new project.
Go in the Project File Browser and go to: Assets!Floppiiis Prefabs\Lucia, the half Demon Princess by Floppiii and Lysbell And then open the Scene file: "Lucia, the half Demon Princess Scene"
Click on the Avatar on the left in the Heirarchy
check the Inspector on the right and scroll to the very bottom to the Password Recreator Script of the Avatar: here
Enter the 4 Digit Password you want to use to unlock the Avatar's Animations Ingame. (Number 1-8 only)
Press Apply. The Script will Generate a new copy of the Avatar with a "RePassword" added behind it. Note: This Recreated Avatar doesn't have the script on it anymore. Keep the Original copy in the Scene to create a Version with a new Password and keep it disabled.
The new created copy of the Avatar can be uploaded to Vrchat by you. It will work 100% just like in the Video.
Open the Menu ingame and use the "Password" button to open the Pasword submenu. Enter the digits you set up for the Avatar to unlock the Avatar. After you did it, switch to another Avatar, then back to Lucia and she works perfectly! Sometimes the Avatar likes to lock itself, then just unlock her again. :)
