you have to manually add poi dont add poi through cc instead delete it and everything should pop up and work and import poi with the one provided

I can't get the quest one to work. If I add poi first the textures are all magenta and I have to manually change them into working mobile shaders (which I am bad at) and if I do not add poi the model does not appear. What am I doing wrong?

By the way the hair asset on this model is horrendous. I had to swap it for a different one because the texturing on the existing hair looks so godawful especially if you turn the hair white.

Camyeee1, I use FACS Utilities when that happens it works great with avatars. Just import the Unity package, go to FACS Utils at the top, click Repair Project, then Remove Missing Scripts. Drag in the avatar you're fixing, hit Scan, and you're done and it should be ready to upload.

Btw please make a separate project for the quest version. Don’t upload it from the same project as the pc version.

you can get it on GitHub its free and i heavily recommend using it when a avatar does that error.

K3NZI_E, hii i cant upload the quest version after i uploaded the pc version first, it says 'You are trying to save a prefab with a missing script. This is not allowed. Please change the script or remove it from the Gameobject 'Cigi - Quest(clone)''.

FutaOrca, there's no difference the link is the same no matter what and i cant put the link in the comments they take the message down. please make sure to follow the instructions before commenting. you need vrcfury or else she wont show up.

You have to extract the RUINv101.7z package to get the unity package you need to upload the avatar. It's the model 1.01, not 1.0

.Nox., yes there is. here's the instructions.

Instructions:

1. In creator companion, make sure to install both VRCFury & Jerry's FT Templates(Optional, only if you need face tracking), and create a 2022 Avatar unity project.
2. Once the project is open, import the included poi_toon unity package.
3. Finally, import the RUIN unity package.
4. Once the RUIN unity package fully imports, it should show you the import wizard! To use the import wizard,
first check to make sure all the packages have imported properly, refresh dependencies if needed, and then just pick your version of the avi, click import, and upload!

(Should be at the top called cigi)
