i can't find the menu toggles, help?

You MUST use Unity 2022.3.22f1.
You will need to make a new project in the Creator Companion. You can repeat the settings as shown in the screenshot. ↓

Import:
1) Install the required packages in VCC ↑
2) Сlick "Open Project" and wait (for it to load)
3) Then lastly import avatar package.
4) Open the scene that's in the "Assets" folder.
