So ofc heres the steps....
~ Upload Instructions ~
1. Download the winrar file to heart
2. Extract the winrar file after fully downloaded (in order to extract the file u will need 7zip or winrar)
3. Open vcc (vrchat creator companion)
4. Click the drop down arrow next to create new project then select "add existing project"
5. Once your download folder opens click/select the extracted file heart and press the button at the bottom that says select folder
6. She should already have everything she needs in the manage project before shes completely opened in vcc
7. Once she loads up unpacked in unity do the auto fix in the alerts in the builder under the vrchat sdk
8. Then check in all materials that nothing is pink if it is add the poiyomi toon it by clicking on the pink material then up under the inspector select the shaders tab then click poiyomi > poiyomi toon
9. Probably already added the picture, the name, description etc by now so all u do now is press build an publish :33

Rat-Princess, you unzip it then add it as a existing project but in most cases in order for u to unzip the file u need 7zip or winrar

for all of you tryna upload her the file does in fact work i uploaded it so ik it does might just be something wrong with your unity
