For the shader issue that everyone keep complaining about, all you have to do is set the shader in the inspector for each material. I used Poiyomi for this. I swear every time I see someone say the model is broken it's because they don't know how to do simple things like this.

Bro, come on now. At the very least make an effort. Try fixing stuff first instead of rushing to release it here.

I know not everyone is proficient in unity when it comes to VRC editing, but knowing what shaders you need (baring if you bought then leaked it or ripped it) is like knowing how to count to 3.
