bro all these people saying remove stuff or make max texture size 1024 just use aao optimizer in that use trace and optimize d4rkavataroptimizer just add that on default and avatar compressor on high quality works just fine and keeps all hq textures at 2048 and 1024

removing the stomper shoes fixed the limit issue for me so if thats something you don't mind not having worth deleting and retrying

honestly i just changed the texture/normals of the hair and downgraded all of them to 512 for max size and managed to upload the avatar without issue

Alice21321, If you remove the succubus set (Bat Ears, Succu tail and Bat Wings) It will put it under the limit.

if it goes past the limit try adding a component to vrcfury called parameter compressor. Make sure radials and int/float toggles are checked. It helps quite a bit with limits all around

the avatar goes beyond the Unity limit you will have to at least remove some things from the Avatar without it harming the avatar
