When exporting the textures from substance, you will notice .1001 and .1002 suffixes on the textures. If you want to change the textures for VRCHAT, make sure to assign the textures to their respective 001 and 002 materials. For Blender, make sure the textures are correctly set for "UDIM Tiles" in the image editor.
