Found out the problem find all the physbones for ur hairs and ur pants and backpack and turn off angle and turn off colliders it’s in the physbones for the pants and the backpack it should have no angle so you don’t need to turn that off and it should be ok and fixed after you don’t need to delete the physbones but turn off angle and the colliders

To fix the physbones just delete the hips collider object under the hips. When I did that all of the physbones went back to normal without having to reset any physbones.

To fix hair sticking up, Delete all the Hair Bones and add them back

Ghostlyanon, even if you dont use face tracking its good to keep the avi the way it is so you might have to import the face tracking stuff so it doesn't break and the avi should work just fine regardless if you use face tracking or not so i recommend keeping it the way it is
