    I am back! With the proper files to be decoded!

    Anyways an edit to my previous comment.

    Ok so far I have had issues with this, Hoping to help anyone else who likes the avatar.

    It tends to try to use Poiyomi Toon shaders, which version i don't know.
    Yes it uses DPS too. And no i have no idea if its partial to 2018 or 2019 but you can use either.

    Heres what i recommend:

    1. VRCSDK 3.0
    2. Poyiomi Toon 7+
    3. Dynamic Bones
    4. DPS System
    5. Sam V2 Package
