VRModels, Arctos or Tails was not selling the model as it was even marked as a free model, they have it up on multiple other sites, nars is a known ripper in the community that was using the model for selling, in my opinion Nars should be the only one punished as the other guys were just trying to give the model out for free, In your own argument, Tails wasn't putting a price on the model, only nars was trying to.

Arctos even stated in multiple ways that the model was free and was free to download, arctos was not selling it in anyway, it didn't violet any copyright laws or infringement laws from arctoses end as they were not selling it, they were giving it out for free.

There are a lot of custom things added that make it a customizable avatar, too. It can also be fully retextured. It falls under fair use. If what you say is true, then why are people like Viv (Hazbin/Helluva) not striking other users for using her creations? Why isn't Sega striking the models down when they are fully aware people are using/building/modding their creations? And they did not give anyone the right to reuse this model for commercial purposes. It doesn't matter who made the Tails model, whether they remastered Tails or created Tails from scratch with their own changes — no one gave that person the right to sell it. After all, they do not own such rights. The person who created this and sells it for commercial purposes is in fact violating copyright and a number of other laws. And you sit here and argue about something... and even support such sales. It's your business, but think about it. Or better yet, don't get involved in other people's business (as they say, you'll be better off).

VRModels, Nars isn't a bad person at all. The guy who uploaded this here did it for some petty revenge and cheap clout with faking being an avatar creator, which I don't support. I really only think Avi creators deserve this treatment if they do something absolutely vile and horrible.
