if you do happen to download the avatar and its just a bunch of folders.

Extract the main folder.
go to vcc and where it says make new folder click the arrow and do add exsisting project instead, and then click your extracted folder.
it will import as its own whole unity folder troll84

by the time its in vcc you just treat it like a average folder and upload her troll80

downloaded it, but there's No Avy just a bunch of folders leading to other folders. DONT SEE HOW TO IMPORT INTO Unity.
