from the instruction text file i found

Download VRChat Creator Companion from https://vrchat.com/home/download(and unity 2022.3.22f1).
2. Download Poiyomi 7.3-8.1 toon it'll be in the downloads.
3. Go into VCC. Add in the VRCFury, GoGo Loco, SPS, JerrsyFT etc. There will be a SS within the downloads to see what to add into your vcc project.
4. When opening the project please put poi in first then the package.
5. Make sure everything looks good when you open the package, the UPLOAD !! (If the scene / avi is missing, make sure to click the open me!).
5. Upload and Enjoy!

nah you ain't crazy, these tpye of avatars always got small heads and big bodys. sometimes the avi's remind me of the Shrunken Head from Beetlejuice
