Peak of dividing same project into multiple packages.
Each of 4 packages literally have other avatars in the scene already present, but missing actual files for them. How is it possible ?
Well, someone took already working project, and cutted out 1 model out of 4, and put in separate project, and repeated each time for each model in the project. Why ? I don't know, probably they was bored. Anyway.

You can drop all 4 packages into the same project, and it would work, instead of making 4 separate projects. Also it probably needs Poi textures, vrcfury, and goloco. If it still says goloco missing - delete goloco prefab from avatar and manually place it again, should fix it. All projects have pc only files, but its easy to make it quest, select all materials and convert it to Vrchat, mobile, Standard Lite, then you can upload it for both pc and quest that way, or you can upload first avatar for pc, and when need quest, convert materials to quest ones.
