It just loads and loads and loads. I have all the required files. set a tag, but its just stuck on"compiling shaders" after hitting upload

Strictlyystatic, I never heard that problem before or had that problem before. Try deleting the project, the unity file from your downloads, and then redownload the avatar package then. you'll also need the newest poiyomi toon, vrcfury, adjerry91's fac tracking, and avatar limb scaling

kanyescumsock, have to open her and go to inspector and delete the first vrcfury file. if she has any errors that can be auto fixed make sure you do those also. should upload then. if not lmk and i could walk you guys through it possibly:3

smohoe, if it says build failed re-read what the text says at the bottom. u have to add null for the description for the avi and add null for the tag
