zZephyyz, I managed to upload my avatar with no issues. Here's a step-by-step as to what I did, I apologize that it feels like an over-explained, lengthy response. I want to be clear as to how I went about it so others, including yourself, can upload with no issues. Good luck!

    Step 1,
Make a new project add/Download these three quest tools listed below.
    EasyQuestSwitch
    VRCQuestTools
    VRCFury

    Step 2,
Once you have the three tools correctly installed and added to your new project, go ahead and launch that project and open the Ave Azul Quest file to unity.

    Step 3,
once its done opning your going to switch the biuld typ to andrdroid,
    How to do that?
Navigate to the top of your Unity project, clicking on File. Look for the tab that says Build and Settings towards the bottom of list. Once you have clicked on that, a pop-up window will appear. Once that is there, you want to click on the Android icon. Click the button on the bottom left corner to start the build or download the build typ.
    Step 4,
From this point, it should go through a lengthy process of rebuilding the avatar to a Quest-compatible version. This works for most avatars, but not all of them. However, in this case, it works for Azul.
    Step 5,
Now, you need to connect the ID from your PC version to your Quest version. Now you need to attach your QC Blueprint ID to your Quest version. First you're going to navigate to your SDK tab. Under Contents, look for the avatar that matches the quest version and click on Copy ID. Nest Look for the avatar in your hierarchy tab, double-clicking on it, Navigate over to your inspector tab and scroll down until you see something related to Blueprint ID, past it there.
