Use ModularAvatar unity addon, installed through VCC, and it can be used with ALL clothing as shown here!

FOR VER10point3 and below!
Use ApplyAccessories v1.1.9 Standard for the other clothing, but NOT Softshell (DO NOT forget to reparent the clothing's Chest bone under ChestUp bone if using 1.5-1.6)

To wear the Softshell on your Rex you will do the following:
Click, drag and drop the Softshell Prefab on the GameObject of your avatar, then unpack the Softshell prefab.
For each bone you must drag and drop it under the same name (ex.: Dragging Softshell_Hips under Hips). This excludes the Softshell_Head due to how the jacket is set up. Softshell_Tail bones must be zeroed.
On the Softshell_Head GameObject, you must set the 1st constraint of its components to your avatar's actual head bone.
⚠ In the instance of the avatar in question being a different size, you must find and select all the ZipperROOT GameObjects (4 under HoodArmature, 1 under Softshell_Neck), then unlock the constraints before resizing and lock when done.

Clippings are notable around the crotch area, zippers of the Softshell Jacket have a tendency to float away from the clothing but this is hardly noticeable, these are something I tried fixing with the best of my abilities.

Through the use of Photoshop or Photopea, you may now toggle a layer folder in the tools to enable a solid color or a camouflage pattern you desire, once done you may now able to export the PSD file as a PNG and use it for your material.

Dynamic Bones Addon is OPTIONAL for PC version for dangly bits of the Softshell Jacket, mainly the zippers and the subtle hoodie movement. ⚠This addon is no longer needed as it makes use of VRChat's PhysBones.⚠
MOCHIE shader is required for the MOCHIE preset.
POIYOMI shader is required for the POIYOMI preset.
