It is a video playback player. It's so big and weird. If you specify the URL before uploading the world, you can play the video on the VRC. You can use it as background music for the world, or scale it down and use it as a desktop player. I forgot the current specifications, but Youtube videos are recommended.
It works with VRC_Sync Video Player. The output is a 2D sound source by default.
