The world is already set up! I didn't package it so you only have unzip the project and open the folder using Unity Hub!

Need to update the SDK?

(These are official update steps from VRChat please always backup)

Create a new scene in the project name it anything you like.

Save the scene and close the project

open up the project folder and delete VRCSDK, udon, vrchat examples folders. (Delete any other assets that need updating at this point too)

Open the project and reimport all the updated content

Open the original scene and clear the console for errors (if any stay something might be broken)

Create an empty project

Import the latest SDK3! https://vrchat.com/home/download

Import UdonSharp https://github.com/MerlinVR/UdonSharp

Import USharpVideo https://github.com/MerlinVR/USharpVideo

Import VRCEBillards https://github.com/VRCBilliards/vrcbce

Then import the package and you should be good to go.

Errors will show up in console and this is normal due to the process of implementing Udon. Please just click clear. If the error's don't clear you didn't follow the instructions correctly.
