kaydenwolf_lynx, I can try. I'm not the best at assets placement, even after so many avatar uploads, but I learned a bit from lindy's videos.

*edit (sorry took too long to edit so my edit ability went away) There is no flying next to the avatar, the fly position is where the avatar flies towards when it disappears.

Following step 4:

5. Select Crow under the container again and switch the landing (Transform) to 1 and the Crow LowerArm1 Target (Transform) to 0. Then position the landing where you want it to land.

6. Do the same thing you did in step 5 for flying (both the Crow LowerArm1 Target (Transform) and the landing (Transform) should be set to 0, and the fly (Transform) set to 1. This will be the position that it flies towards when it leaves your arm to disappear. Hide Crow after you are finished!

I think I figured it out, minus how to get it to fly next to me.. it's on the arm and staying though.

What I did:

1. Drag the Crow Constraint and the World Constraint into the avatar you want (directly onto the name of it.)
2.Pull out the reset target found in the Crow Constraint and place it right above the Crow Constraint.
3. Move the Crow LowerArm1 Target into the elbow bone of the arm you want to use. I did the right elbow, but I think you can do the left as well.
4. Click on Crow under container and unhide it, then make sure that there is a 1 next to the Crow LowerArm Target (transform). Next click the Crow LowerArm1 Target and position it the way you want it to look on your avatar's arm. Hide after!
5. I'm not entirely sure how to use the World constraint to make it fly so next I used the avatar 3.0 manager to merge the crows FX to the current FX of the avatar, and then I copied the parameters with the same tool. After that I put the crows menu into my avatars expression menu as sub menu and named it. Once I tested it with lyuma emulator I saw it followed the arm with the crow toggle and stayed in world with the world constraint toggle, which is all I really needed.

If anyone finds out how to control where the crow flies, I would love to know, other than that, I hope it works for you. ♥
