Here's the tutorial but list lol. Sorry for the delay and the links getting taken down. ^^'

1. Import the package & Avatars 3.0 Manager to make installation easier
2. Check to see if your avatar is using WD on or off
3. Merge the FX animators using AV3 Manager
4. Use AV3 to also copy the parameters (either Full or Only Rotations depending on what you want)
5. Add the Jackal Seat System menu to your avatar's menu (either Full or Only Rotations, again)
6. Drag the JackalSeatSystem prefab into the scene
7. Unpack the prefab completely
8. Put the JackalSeatSystem and JackalSeatHeadFix into the root of your avatar
9. Set the JackalSeatHeadFix's constraint to your avatar's head and check Is Active
10. Drag the corropsonding items under the bones they're named after (JackalSeatLeftHand to the LeftHand bone, etc.)
11. Put the extra seats wherever you'd like or delete them
12. If you put one of the seats on a bone that has a physbone, drag the Seat into the Ignore Transforms element of the physbone
13. Delete the empty JackalMicroSeatSystem object as you don't need it anymore
14. In order to make sure the seats are in the correct spots, click on the JackalSeatSystem and change one of the seats to 1 instead of 0 (do this individually for each seat)
15. Adjust all of the seats' positions until you're satisfied (open up the JackalSeatSystem until you see the Sit object, you can add an avatar/model to it to use as reference if you need)
16. If you change a script in the seat and there's two of them, make sure to mirror your changes or else it might break
17. Don't forget to set all of the constraints in JackalSeatSystem back to 0 when you're done and delete the avatar/model in sit if you used one as reference
18. If you used any of the extra seats, don't forget to edit the JackalSeatExtras menu to your liking
19. Hide the SeatEnterHighlight and disable the Box Collider on Seat (both in JackalSeatSystem)
