It uses Avatar Dynamics to exactly display other player positions within a range of 20m facing the radars scan direction.
Menu toggles / Features explained:

Easy Install / Uninstall with the installer script.Disclaimer: this item heavily depends on the users frames. The better your frames are, the more precise the scan it'll be. In most cases it should be fine when frames are 30+. Sometimes a dot won't show up, but the audio should still be audible. Also, there's a limited amount of dots on a grid. Never expect every single player to have their own dot. One player can sometimes spawn 2 dots, if he stands right between two scan receivers. If multiple players stand on one spot (within a 1x1m radius), it'll only show 1 max 2 dots very close to the same position.
