(Disclaimer: this leash does not actually pull peoples avatars, that would require OSC features which this does not use)
the Liish (leash+Liindy) is a dynamic small prop that can attach itself to other players' heads and follow them like a leash.
NEW UPDATE:
With a new small update using a chain shader, you can install the alternate look for the leash. It works the same but looks like a chain.
REQUIRED PACKAGES:
VRChat Creator Companion (VCC)
You must use one of the newer VRC SDK's which can only be downloaded through VCC, otherwise you are more than likely to encounter issues.
Poyiomi Toon Shader
(recommended 8 or newer (not 100% required, the material can be swapped for any shader you wanna use)
Avatar 3.0 Managers
(can be installed through VCC directly)

Fury can be used as an alternative install method
