➔ COMES WITH:

Poiyomi Toon shader version 8.1.166 or newer

➔ Note:
• NOT Quest compatible since it uses parent constraints

➔ INSTALLATION TUTORIAL
1. Drag the Steel Knife prefab onto your avatars root. [No need to unpack the prefab]
2. Position the "Right Hand Constraint" to where the model sits in your avatars hand comfortably.
3. Position the "Left Hand Constraint" to where the holographic model sits in your avatars hand comfortably.
The hologram knife model is only reference so you know what it looks like in your left hand!
It will be auto deleted in play mode or when uploading.

4. You can scale the prefabs root incase you need it to be bigger or smaller.
5. Disable the prefab.
6. Done! VRCFury does the rest!

If you want to specify a location for the asset to create its menu button, you can edit the prefab and type in a Prefix. If left blank, the asset will place the menu button in your avatars main menu.
- For example if i wanted it to go to a sub menu named "Toys", you'd type "Toys" in the Prefix.
- If you have more than 8 assets on one prefix like "Toys", it will automatically create a "Next" sub menu inside "Toys" where it will continue to store more menu buttons and so on.

➔ Another note:
This asset was made in the 2022 version of Unity!
If your project is still running in 2019 (why?), You will need to re-activate any Parent Constraints!

    FOR ANYONE USING THIS:

    It states 'you don't have to unpack' but you HAVE to unpack the prefab AFTER dragging it into your Armature. Once unpacked COMPLETELY, manually assign "left hand constraint" and "right hand constraint" to each hand root, the same way you would add roots in general. The left hand will be the hologram, and the right hand will be the real knife.

    Hope this helps!!! Took me a min to figure it out myself.

    it works fine it just the scale bothering me, it does say prefab root, but it would be nice to specify which one because i scaled the model itself and it messed with it, i scaled the "knife" and it still uploaded big af, so im assuming its "knife stuff" that has to be scaled

    ItsANightmare, there's an installation tutorial in the description. Make sure you follow all the steps <3

    If it still continues to give you problems, perhaps try looking for tutorials on YouTube or ask someone for help in the VRChat Discord server. (im positive they help with using prefabs on your avatar)
