my guide on how to manually install this to your model because it doesnt have vrcfury:

you will need av3 avatar manager which you can find in the vrccc
1. drag the groan tube prefab into the hierarchy (NOT INTO YOUR AVATAR)
2. scale the "Groan Tube Toy" prefab to roughly fit your avatars right or left hand
3. adjust the hand constraint to fit your avatars hand (DO NOT SCALE THE HAND CONSTRAINT)
4. unpack the prefab and move the hand constraint under the wrist where the groan tube is on in the armature (if its slotted to your right hand put it under the right wrist etc.)
5. slot the Groan Tube prefab under your avatar and open up the AV3 manager
6. drag and drop your avatar where it says "vrc avatar descriptor" and open up the FX layer, then scroll until you click add animator to merge
7. drag and drop the FX the groan tube prefab came with as the animator and then click "merge on current"
8. click the 3 lines with the dots icon and put the parameter that came with the prefab into the "paramaters to copy" section, then click copy
9. go to where you want to groan tube toggle to be, click the + button to add a control, give it a name and then select "Toggle" under Type and "GroanTube, Bool" under Parameter then hide the "Groan Tube Toy" asset
