Select the NSFWSeediedPepperImp object

Go to the VRCFury Armature Link component.

Click Edit in Prefab to the right of the component name.

In the window/inspector that opens, find the section:

Advanced Options → expand it.

There may be an option "Align scale", "Apply scale to match", "Maintain scale" or something similar.

Disable this option if it is enabled.

extracted, I do have vrcfury and I did drop it on the avi but still. It did not work lol

TransMarine, make sure you have vrcfury and that you dropped it onto the avatar and not just in the scene

I drag and dropped it but the thing is not rigged to the avi correctly
