Here's the Tutorial. I bought it off his gumroad before it got put here.
Drag the Pip Boy prefab onto your avatars root. [No need to unpack the prefab]

Position the "Left Arm Constraint" to fit the Pip Boy to your arm.

If you need to scale the Pip Boy up, scale the object named "Pip Boy Stuff"

Position the "Hip Constraint" to the center of your avatars hips.
This is for the 3rd person camera, to make sure your avatar fits in the 3rd person camera view, enable the object "3RD Person Spinning Camera", go under its child and select the "Camera" Object.

Your avatar may not be visible to the camera, to fix this, go to your avatars body mesh, and in the top right of the Inspector window, set the 'Layer' from "Default to "PlayerLocal". Now you can adjust the FOV of the camera to where your avatar fits in the preview square decently. Make sure to disable anything you enabled.

[OPTIONAL] In the Materials folder find the "Pipboy_Screen" Material, here you can adjust the color of the UI and change out the default icon in the "Player Cam Slot Static" slot.

    Disable the prefab.

    Done! VRCFury does the rest!
If any issues are found, please let me know of them on discord @pointless.blend.

Also why do I need Audiolink? It doesn't look like there's anything affected by audio
