Seems like this one is having a big problem if the link on the download at the top doesn't work look down in the comments for a new link by me if you're having a problem download them one at a time import everything else it's that's in the description into a brand new project on the latest unity that VR chat is using
Open up the Google Drive left click on the package and download seems to work and then do the same thing with the collar.spp
