1. Open Unity 2019.4.31f1
2. Import VRChat Avatar SDK (3.0).
3. Import a Shader you want to use, Poi and Arktoon are recommended
4. Import Dynamic Bones.
5. Import The Avatar Package.

Any package should be checked for files:

VRC.Analytics.dll
VRCCore-SDK.dll
VRCJson.dll
VRCSDK.Analytics.dll
VRCSDK.Core.dll
VRCSDK.Editor.dll
RuntimeCrashHandler.cs
VRCCore-Anayltics.dll
AntiPiracyFoundation.json
AWSSDK
Newtonsoft.Json.dll

If they are there, they should be removed.
If you are doing it for yourself. It would be a good idea to remove all SDKs and scripts altogether. Leave only FBX, textures, materials. You won't have any problems at all.

I cant find the avi nor extract it properly because its a gz file… what do i need to do to properly open it or make it a zip/rar file????????
