    i keep getting an error, the prefab avatar doesnt exist one. how do i fix it

    You guys are mainly having issues because the VRChat SDK and poiyomi are already in the avatar package. Before you import the avatar file go through and remove these.

    IMPORT STEPS:
    1. Older VRChat SDK, I used VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2022.10.27.00.35_Public_4
    2. Poiyomi Toon, I used 7.3.50 to 8.1.155
    3. Dynamic Bones, this file hasn't gotten the physbones update.
    4. Eve Package, go through and deselect the VRChat SDK and Poiyomi BEFORE importing. Or skip steps 1 & 2 and just inport the dynamic bones and eve.

    For those who don't know what to do after this, these steps are for you.
    1. Open the Avatar Scene, it's the unity symbol in the project. Avatar's that Don't have a unity scene you have to find and locate the Prefab and drag it onto the scene.
    2. Click "All Materials"
    3. On every hot pink material you're going to change the shader. I'm changing mine to Poiyomi Toon 7.3 for this specific model.
    4. Once everything looks good select VRChat SDK up at the top and click "Show Control Panel"
    5. Now log into your account.
    6. In the VRChat SDK Control Panel, select Builder and on the yellow warning sign that says: "This avatar is using Dynamic Bones, convert to Physbones" or something along those lines, select Auto Fix.
    8. Go back to the Hierarchy and click on the model name, make sure the Blueprint ID is detached. It'll be listed under Pipeline Manager on the righthand side.
    9. Return to the Control Panel under builder and click "build & publish for windows"

    For those who got a Prefab/Blueprint error, follow these steps.
    1. Go to Assets
    2. Select Poiyomi Shaders
    3. Go to Scripts
    4. Delete the Thry Editor
    5. Go to VRChat SDK (not control panel)
    6. Go to Dependencies
    7. Then VRChat
    8. Then delete the Editor folder
    9. Then I reimported the sdk, and when that didn't work I deleted it
    10. Then I just put in a new sdk (the same one just a new one)
    11. Upload and enjoy!!

    I dont use creator companion, dont even own it. I had so many issues even when deleting Thryeditor

    just delete the ThryEditor in Poi/Scripts, majority of the errors come from there

    if anyone here is still having issues, DO NOT use the creator companion. since the avi is outdated i dont think it supports the very very newest SDK and it completely screws it up.

    I tried everything, I did as you said. Yet i couldnt get it to work, It was either the SDK broke completely, Wouldnt log me in Or I just got a blueprint error even when i detached it :/

    After reading all the comments, I decided to tell how I got mine to work.

    first, I imported everything I need for any avatar,
    VRCSDK
    Poyomi
    arktoon
    dynamic bones
    DPS
    --
    Even if the av doesnt need it, I still upload it anyway.
    Open the prefab then try to upload it,
    It game me some errors, (check the console)
    I deleted the vrcsdk EDITOR folder, in the vrcsdk.
    Also deleted thry editor.
    reimported SDK
    And it works!

    i would recommend just porting to quest yourself, highly unlikely that you'll find a quest leak
