SolarSoph, there is nothing wrong with the model its your unity, please check to makesure the blueprint was cleared and try removing and put back in the neweset sdk, make sure u have the newest sdk

Every time i try to upload this it says there's a prefab error and that it doesn't exist. Anyone else have this issue?

She came out around the time 2018 went to 2019 unity. Depending when you got her she may need some toggles fixed. It used to use normal toon shaders and arktoon I believe. The avi creator had some drama going on with it so it was not purchasable for very long. Either way it will need phys bones addressed since it's an older avi. Simple stuff if you know how to use unity.

do i need any shaders for this or is it included?

SDK3/2019 try that since is 3.0 those avis use all the new things

I have a few questions if that is ok?
1. Is she SDK2 or SDK3
2. Do I need 2018 Unity or 2019 Unity?
Any info on those questions would be greatly appreciated.
