is anyone else having issues with the hands, i am using a quest controller and whenever i use the us the peace sign the hand deforms and i am not sure how to fix it, does anyone know what to do?

your sdk is super outdated. it has been mentioned a few times already. use VCC (because you cant read instructions)

i love how you presented yourself as the type of person who believes that deleting everything is the solution.
dont ever delete random stuff just because it is erroring. if audio files require to be loaded in the background, then set those audio files to load in the background. learn basic unity instead of spreading false information. thank you

I've found out how to fix the upload being greyed out you just need to delete the other avatars from the hierarchy.

Eithelyyia, I had the same problem in many projects, just go to audio files, it should be probably mp3 or wav and when you click on it you have a few options, just click "load in backround" and it should work
