This update, I like it

Added a new status for "Trusted" accounts
This status will be automatically assigned to accounts - which have expired Pro Account.

What advantages "Trusted" status gives?
- You can use a full-fledged search on the site (you will see all the models, even from the private section)
- We would be able to view the private section.

Alas you will not have all the features as the Pro users.
- You will not have access to Pro chat in our community.
- You will not be able to download models from the private section.

This status was implemented to make life easier for people, who used to have a Pro account.

Do you check if there are duplicates and similar models on the site? Maybe they were already uploaded by other users?

Today we made some small changes to the site. Namely:
- The DMCA form has been completely redesigned. It is now more correct and complies with all rules 512 (c)
- The feedback form has been completely redesigned. It now has more correct information about sending a message.
- The Private tab was removed from menu and now it is accessible for Pro users only. We don't see the point in displaying it for everyone. Not everyone has access to it anyway.

VRModels, I meant that it won’t be implemented for non-pro users since it’s already accessible to Pro users. I was just saying as long as people upload private models with the correct name nobody should have a problem searching by name when uploading a model!

This was implemented a long time ago. But this search is only available to professional users. We've talked about it more than once. There are reasons why this feature won't be available to everyone.

Vergil, I think someone else suggested this a while ago, as long as people name the model the original title there’s no need to implement that. I feel like it’s probably too much work when the ability to search the name is there. Just search the translated AND original name when you’re uploading and you won’t have a problem.

So I know, or at least heard, that pro members can search via booth link, so would it be possible to do the same when attempting to upload to the private section? Would make it a lot easier than having to hope someone named their upload accurately when searching to see if its already on the site.

Aggressive advertising for their project, so to speak, which is not a good thing. After all, you haven't given any consent to use your mobile phone. But they don't care, so they did.
There are several ways to find out your mobile phone numbers. From your discord accounts - using discord authorization. From various discord databases. From Facebook accounts... and other traces of you on the internet. Even Telegram bots can give away all your information at the click of a button. Alas, the internet is not without traces.

Our project has nothing to do with SMS data - so please. Don't email us about it. After all, we have nothing to do with it.

All of you know that the authorization in their project (Smoe) happens through your discord. This collects data such as your email address.
We will now talk about what they do with your email address.
Your email address - they just give it out to whomever they want. For example, to authors of various models who have discord servers. This is why you will be permanently blocked on the model authors' servers. (Because they will know your email address).

How will the various model authors and everyone else find out your email address from Smoe?
Very simply. Smoe makes a mailing list for users. You might have seen that you receive emails with their mailing list. And, of course, these emails are sent to everyone who uses Smoe. And the model authors also use this and get your data this way.
In a more accurate way. Let's have a look at the mailing list. The email that Smoe sends to everyone.





As we can see, this is where Smoe's users are. This is how Smoe distributes your email address to everyone.

In all honesty I think i'm just trying get into the private section via "The most active users of our community are given free promo codes to get a PRO account" and thought of discord and it's ranking of activity to make it somewhat easier

iiBarcelona, That's pretty much impossible- the discord server would be linked on the site, which means that angry people who do not like what we do here can easily access and report it. There isn't a way to keep those people out unless it was strictly guarded or private to pro members, but even then is it worth the effort?

This afternoon our security system was blocking a pretty wide range of IP addresses. Related to spam, requests, DDoS and other things.
It's bad enough when people have nothing to do. And they do things like that. Our sympathies go out to those whose IP addresses match theirs.

so i don't understand how the percentage works to get into pro, because i uploaded just a booth shoe asset and got 5 % but i got the same percentage for a full outfit plus accessories

80% of models - do not pass moderation. Because you upload one screenshot at a time. Let's tell people again.
If you think - that you quickly upload a lot of models to get your %. Even without filling in the fields and duplicate images - then your models simply will not pass moderation. And also you will be blocked from uploading models.
Don't make the site into a garbage dump with no descriptions, screenshots, or anything else. Because you upload models for people, not just to get %.

We are very often asked. How much % accrues bot for one or another model.
To avoid such questions no longer arise - we have displayed information on the % accrual for each model in your profile. These % will be visible only to you. Thus, you'll be able to see for yourself how much bot accrues % for one or another model.



This information will be displayed starting today. The information for the previously added models will not be displayed.
No need to tell us that you have not received % for the model. After all, for all models bot charges %. (Provided that there is no penalty)
