- Now models in moderation will only be visible to the user who added the model (and PRO users). All other users will not see moderated models.
- The same way ordinary users can not see models of people, if the model is in the "Private section".

The authorization system on the site has been completely redesigned. Now it consumes much less server resources.
The old one was consuming too much. And someone used it very well to put the server down. This is unfortunate.

I have been thinking about this one for a while but maybe a idea for a improving the filtering on the site: it would be nice if we are able to filter between new models and recently updated models.

They are right now mixed in "new avatars" while sometimes its only the link that updates because the original uploaded file has been removed.

I noticed i missed out on some uploaded files since they got pushed a few pages back.

Anonfiles takes FOREVER to download things.

Anonfiles is used by a lot of sites, but also sometimes the download gets really bad/slow personaly i would recommend everyone to have a strong adblock whenever they go to that site

What do you people think about anonfiles.com? Are you comfortable using it and downloading files from it?

We added RAM to the server. Also switched to "Memcache" type of caching.
Hopefully now the database will not crash. We will see and test what will come out of this.

i'm not in leaking servers so i don't have knowledge on "whats in every discord server" +
i uploaded things i purchased personally, that aren't all TDA + a world so i was just asking.

Hey! i wanted to ask that is it possible that you could pay for pro? all of the avatars that i have tried to upload (except 1) have already been posted. so thats why i kind of just want to pay for the pro.

Completely refined and activated the model version function on the site. Now the model can have many versions (if they are loaded).
If you add models that already exist on the site - but a newer version. The new version of the file will be written to the existing model on the site. To avoid making 20~+ duplicates of the same model.

I tried to upload 3 models the other day (for pro), and I go to check on them to see if they've finally been posted or not and they just, aren't there? I suppose it's cause moderation deems them not good to upload but I was never given a reason? like no email or message or anything?

I'm not entirely which channels but maybe just for now a general chat channel for pro members.

The other idea that had was also something like trading/looking for channel so its bit more safe/trust worthy since you need to do quite a bit to obtain gain pro membership.

But maybe some other people can help to think about it more which one would be useful?

I think the best solution to this problem would be the third one.

The first one should be a no go. Since yes you will be having only one version available (and saves storage spaces/cost) but what if you're looking for exactly version 1.1 because 1.2 removed the additional costumes or animations? I have seen some models in the past few months where this is the case. So I think this will hurt some of the uploads in the longer term.

The second option would be the easiest to implement with the current site but it will turn into a confusing mess of models. Because what if people start to use weird naming for versions, how should we know we need Baka or Horny Weeb edition (just for example) is the latest and also it would increase moderation workload with the take down requests would be a nightmare since you need to find every version possible. Then there is the mention about linking to the other version in the description of the original file, but I feel like this step might over complicate things and then you are one step away from the third solution...

The third solution would be the most work but i think this offers the cleanest solution with best of both worlds. Since we don't bloat the website with additional pages that can be confusing. And this keeps the search page nice and clean and direct. I also think shaders and some other files can benefit from having multiple versions uploaded and listed on the page. For example POI where you might want specific versions of the shaders because some don't work properly with newer versions.

I don't think there is a better solution to the problem than the third solution mentioned. On how to display it on the website, i think something along the lines on how the file page of Nexusmods or apkmirror is a good source for inspiration on how to approach this kind of system.

When you add a model, you can enter a field in which the version of this or that model will be listed.
Of course, you can also display the model version in the information of the model itself.

Also the guy in the screenshot is a jerk, i wouldn't trust him!

We've added information to the user's profile until which date their Pro account is valid.



Naturally, you can also see this date in your promo code information.
But I think this information in the profile won't be superfluous, either.

Hello, I have a question. If I give avatars to the site operator, I can activate Pro for me, of course if the avatars are not on the site yet

We have added a search function by model name to the Add Model form.

Of course, this or that model may not be found, and this search works only by exact match in the model name. (alas, users do not always provide the correct model name).

In the near future we plan to move our site to a more powerful server (the current server is very weak, which is why there are very often some errors with the site, mainly related to pictures and loading css). 250+ models are moderated per day. (We spend 5 to 7 hours on it).
Basically you don't check what's in the files. You upload a screenshot of one model. And it turns out to be something else in the file. Also check the site search before uploading. Maybe this model is already uploaded to the site. Don't waste our time, please.

- For uploading models with duplicate main screenshot - we will restrict your account access to upload models.
- If you upload models with the file not corresponding to your screenshot - we will immediately block your account.

Our community has been completely updated to version 0.2
