Godfall? You apparently do not know anything about people. We communicated with your Godfall in voice. In 30 minutes of communication - we told him verbatim what he does, and what he makes. And something he saddened and admitted that he makes models, not from zero. But from other people's credits. And even allowed posting models here. Because it is made from other people's credits. There was a crowd sitting there listening to all this shame.
Do not speak for people - if you do not even know anything about them, Ni. First talk to them personally. And then talk.

As for shaders and scripts, go read what the "GNU General Public License" is. After that, you won't have any questions about shaders and scripts.

No one is dissuading you from buying their stuff (even though it was assembled from ready-made credits). It's up to you personally.

i know a lot of "creators" do that and even blatantly lie to their customers. but there also are legit creators that create a lot of stuff if not most of it themselves. yet a lot of people on this site dont even try to respect that and take everything for granted. if stuff gets legitly taken down, then it is for a reason or am i wrong? in the first place, simply assuming that EVERY creator is just taking others work and selling it is taking it quite far.
and its not just avatars that people upload here, its also scripts, shaders, worlds, and actual from scratch assets. yet everything is getting uploaded without permission. it's simply assumed "oh hey they just stole it" (if that even happens) and spread. if it gets taken down, people reupload or spread it manually, by *cough* trading *cough* even. for some deprecated, old, forsaken assets and avatars, sure this entire thing can be nice. there are some avatars that the creators simply have forsaken and dont sell anymore, especially with the entire TDA abolishment. but there are enough creators that deserve some respect for what they're creating, and some of them dont even overprice. godfall is one example for that. he's creating one avatar like every few months, some of them even have parts of the income shared for charity, the effort put into them is obvious with all the mechanics. let's not forget about the permanent support he's offering for ALL of his avatars he's selling. that's something that only very few creators actually do. yet people trample on the effort, they dont care, and rather take stuff for free, because they can. yet if they were to work on something themselves, they would react the same way as any of the creators.

as if people on this site would actually care. people upload scratch assets, their creators take them down, and people continue reuploading them or handing them out.

meowse777, If nothing changes how much a model is leaked then the people who put them together should know what will inevitably happen. If someone is so protective of their models and will not do the work to get it taken down then that’s their problem

I dont think you fully understand anything they do. Putting assets on a base is 10% of the process or less. Ontop of that there are creators that make models 80-100% from scratch and it doesnt change how much it's leaked. People shouldnt make excuses to try and justify something theyre going to do regardless of circumstance.

taha1971, Yep! Upload 3 models bought off of booth that haven’t been uploaded before and you’re set. They have to be avatars though, if you’re uploading clothes or scripts it has to be 10 items
