We don't really understand why people use gumroad. After all, it takes its own commission. It's better to make your own and have no commissions.
Spamming links to gumroad on discord servers is a lost cause. After all, on many servers the mere mention of gumroad in any chatbot can both get you banned from the server... or just delete the link. Depending on the settings of the bot and the Discord server.
Of course, you can also create your own Discord server. And send rss with information about your models, but then again. Discord rules - it's forbidden to share models. And with a small number of complaints you'll just get blocked.
Discord, in our opinion, is better not to use at all. Or always sit through a VPN. Because Discord developers, if need be from their side - will leak all your correspondence, etc. Not counting their stupid rule about not sharing models. If you want to communicate, there is nothing better than Telegram+VPN.
And if you think hard about it. Telegram also has groups + channels for groups. Where you can come up with a lot of things, too :).
But there is nothing better than your own service.

And to be clever, there are link reduction services. No one prevents shorten link gumroad and share it on the servers. Bots will not do anything in this case

The best option is to use your own service for this one. After all, discord is not the best place to do it. And the distribution of models in discord by their rules is prohibited. And Jinxxy and other services will link to your service. This should not be a problem.

This might be a stupid suggestion but please add like a reseller for PRO on the website I tried getting PRO a few weeks ago and I literally just wasn't able to because of the payment options and reseller would be the best way possible for more people in the US to support the website

You do not need to worry about what avatars or how many you have uploaded if they're private. It will only show public avatars.

Also idk why so many of you are scared about a creator finding their avatar on your account. If you're blatant about it then ofc they'll do something like take down the models... just reupload them. Let alone the chance of a creator going out of their way to target you when most don't go out of private worlds nowadays.
If you're not the brightest and make your username the same throughout Discord, VRC, etc. and use that same alias here, you already dug your hole.

Paying from the US (USD) is somewhat "blocked" some have been able to purchase through a VPN, if you have access to one, give it a try.

I'M NOT OFFICIAL STAFF but you can contact them with respectful manor of different ways to pay for your Pro. Off the top of my head I know Steam trades were common for a little. You can maybe work up a deal with gift cards/codes but don't quote on that and again be respectful for new methods of payment.

A method I DO NOT recommend you try is having someone else pay for your Pro. There are many security factors and you may end up blocked from the website. Maybe sometime in the future they will have staff members that will do something like this process but for now please do not do this.

I feel this would be a huge improvement as us that use only guy models, have to search through soo many pages just find to find a couple male models xD

creators could have a "Male" Tag when uploading so it gets added to that filter

Swap to booth models or MMD ones and just fit your own outfits to them, TDA models all rely on the same bodies so until something new and popular is released it won't change, not to mention that there's already a wide variety for specific body types ( even if they have really bad armature ) Though even then it'd be a thin amount of people releasing since majority can't even fix weights or other obvious issues (that even show in preview images ) since they're just copy/pasting from others.

Personally I enjoy seeing preview photos with things like left leg stretching cloth from right leg cuz missing bones or attachments due to bad movement and then the disclaimers "first model I don't know what I'm doing so take it as is (40$ btw)" lmao then they copy/paste the same response to all future models and run w/ it.

The fun part is when u learn to do the minimum stuff on ur own ( a few tutorials and ur already going and from there its just creativity ) and I don't mean sculpting a body from scratch or a head, just learning what weights/skins etc area and how to swap from 1 to another w/o it looking janky, with that power alone u can swap/move anything u want to anything u want.

You've got 1000's of models here u can easily mix and match assets from to create the ideal character/personality that fits u more, its honestly the greatest when u think about it lol.

Can I make a major request- I am pretty much done looking over recycled e-girls and e-boys, and if anyone has anything to break up the monotonous, reprocessed avatars, I'd highly appreciate it. Doesn't have to be furry or stuff like that, just... Different. Its lowkey depressing to see the same base for e-girls and boys being marketed around, but yeah. Just a big old request from the quiet kid.

EXACTLY, another major problem with Quest becoming as popular as it is. The entitlement from some of the Quest community is a bit absurd.

How frustrating for us are the people who write in the comments on the models and demand a quest version of this model be posted for them, and shout for us to optimise this model... They sit there and demand more and more... And they don't care that the models are posted for them for free... They keep demanding and demanding. How greedy and arrogant people are.
It's so sad. I sit and read comments from disgruntled people about being given a model for free but not putting out a quest version. So they immediately write in comments to the model with their demands that the quest version be posted for them and so on.
There are even guides (on the wiki) for people and scripts that convert the model into a quest for you. But people are lazy and don't want to do it themselves. Better yet, they will sit and demand in the comments to have it done for them.

You immediately lose all desire to do anything when you read comments like that. It's sad.

what do you mean upload multiple files?
If its things like shaders or side tools, ignore them or upload separately.
If its multiple models within 1 package, upload 1 at a time and they will be put in the same download page.

Your name may spread around and you could be blacklisted or banned from multiple servers.
The legal copyright stuff some creators have listed is essentially a scare tactic. It's the same kind of thing for if someone put a copyright symbol on an NFT. That's not to say absolutely nothing could happen with the copyright.
