A newish world has a public avatar search feature. Unaware if the password still works, but you should be able to search for most public avatars uploaded to VRChat just based off words you search.
(world is PC and Quest, unaware if quest has avatar search functions)

More than likely just a file for billing information that was left in the package. Although any files or concerns you shouldn't click/open (this should be obvious) If you know it is malicious, AND NOT GUESSING, bring it up with a support ticket with all the information needed.

i downloaded a avatar and in the unity project there was a folder named resourced and inside was a json file named billing what does that mean

Paying from the US has been known to give people problems. You can try and VPN if you have access to one, it has worked for some.

i believe the private section is only booth assets as you are required to add a booth link when uploading a private model.
but that still is neat since booth always has the best stuff. so much better than the usual kit bashed messes that most gumroad models are ( most, not all cause there are some great creators buried in there how deserve what they charge for models :P )

Assuming its a prepaid card, like you put a set amount or buy one with x amount?
Those types of gift cards (debit cards) will be blocked by most payment methods through websites. Since they don't have anyway for the business to guarantee a sale with full pay they will block it entirely. You may have to find work-arounds or new method of payment.

DPS is done via lights, so both parties need to have it enabled for it to interact. You can also set it so its set to certain channels, so if both parties aren't on the same channel, then they won't interact. It's how you can get 6 perpetrators in 3 orifices on one avatar without it getting fucked up, but it would obviously take some planning ahead of time

Per the terms in uploading you don't receive credit if u wish to remain anonymous, unless that changed but I do recall a disclaimer for it I believe.

A lot of the avatars on here are posted anonymously, do they even get progress towards getting pro off of those uploads?
