u can hate my responses lol but the "check if its on the site" will CHECK if its on the site, thats the function of the option given.
U would rather type an essay and try to humiliate me than simply look and read or process the probability that if YOU, yourself so not have Pro or access to the Pro section, theres not a real point in uploading. If you so desire and want to upload then do so, but do not complain about not knowing whats already there.

The amount of clipping I've seen on those sorts of avatars, I don't think you even need to learn weight painting.

VRChat team isnt going to listen to the community and tbh i dont blame them for having something like an anticheat. It is important for their game but its all for the investors not the actual players. Theyve turned to chasing money instead of building its player to dev connection. Tupper just got salty someone doxed him after the beta announcement and pushed it sooner.

VisionDesigns, At least they're adding some QOL features, even though they should have already added those years ago. The fact that they were able to release a beta of features the community has been asking for within a week after all the backlash proves that the devs don't really care about their playerbase until it turns on them. If there had not been any negativity and overwhelming anger would they have even done anything?

Too bad CVR is simply not as good as VRChat, if it was I would turn around and move to that game. Maybe in the future if the CVR community does grow and the game becomes more polished like VRChat there will be a big switch that is permanent.

When Authentication / Login in VRChat fell... VRChat developers did it as usual =)
One secret... you can enter the game through the worlds console, Just type the world ID into it and you will enter the game.

IIRC free stuff on Booth does not reward any percentage, despite still going into the private section. That or maybe whatever you uploaded just didn't make the cut and you missed the DM about it not passing cert

i uploaded a booth model long before the "progress" percentages updates applied to getting the pro account. Looked around for my percentage check and saw nothing. would it be possible to gain % from the already uploaded avi

i think they block the nsfw avatars that have nudity in the thumbnail and give a temp ban

VRChat has always blocked and will block for uploading nsfw models. As for chilloutvr - you can upload absolutely any model there yourself. After all, a model is just a model. No one is stopping you from downloading models from VRChat and just putting the chilloutvr SDK on them. And to be honest. We're not quite sure why you need chilloutvr at all. After all, there are only 100-200 people online in chilloutvr~

Huge organized hack going around through VRChat. I do NOT recommend hopping on tonight and for a little while just to be safe. Bluescreen crashes, ip loggers, possible fishers (this is not fully confirmed), etc.. They have access to private words (Believe through ur username and/or player list is how theyre able to join)

All in all BLAME Tupper and the Devs who ignored everyones request and pushed the dumb EAC update.

Yeah ikr? Like I have one that blocks crasher shaders but mods haven't been problematic lately and I agree with everything you say. And the mods also can help reduce frame rates for some players so I cant wait for increased lag XD

EAC does not affect the performance of VRChat. But make a public anti-cheat for VRChat. The source code of which is in the public domain for everyone. Stupid idea on their part.

Gold_Reality, The problem with the logic of 'EAC will get rid of crashers and malicious users' is that it will do the opposite. Users with mods that are friendly will just give up on mods while users that are malicious will find ways to bypass the anti-cheat. Like you said, this update may actually make it worse, as people will not be able to use anti-crash mods and such.

I'm also wondering if having to run EAC while running VRChat will make PC performance worse. My PC already struggles running VRChat because it is so unoptimized, yet there will now be another process running on top of it. I wonder, why don't the devs optimize the game before adding something like this that the community hates?

yeah the anti cheat is weird, cause most mods are friendly (flying [but can be turned off if world risk function is off], ik posing, rotation mod, emm functions, portable mirrors, teleporting to friends, notification for joins/leaves, silly fonts, text to speech for mutes)], but I get the crashers (item crashing and such), but there's a mod that helps remove avatar crashers by changing the shaders and such too. It's more of a curse than a blessing, and I get they want to prevent crashing or breaking worlds, but losing all these friendly functions and that crashing shader protection would be unfortunate. It's an outsource game, so why not have outsource function that improves some aspect of the game?

Just so everyone knows, EAC will not ban you if it detects a mod. It will only prevent your game from starting up. So don't worry about uninstalling mods until the update rolls out (if they really go through with it, check the steam reviews right now lol).
