same. apparently crypto donations often dont go through so idk what im supposed to do like .. they use this donation system aware it doesnt always work and provide no warning , i lose my money and get nothing in return .. they dont even reply to my support ticket ..

Payments very often do not go through. You can always write to technical support to find out more. Alas, we do not answer questions in these public chats.
