Gold_Reality, If you use your Steam account you can pay for pro, but not with gift cards. You have to use in game skins (TF2, CSGO, etc) and trade them for currency. It's a little weird but it works.

Hi, how does payment work for Americans? I tried to use the payment thing but it's kinda breaks on my end (I assume international related issues)! But is there a way for me to pay for pro without having to use a VPN and such? I never used one and I'm very clueless thank you~

Also! I was wondering how to check booth models that already existed. I don't want to add duplicates and inconvenience the mods, but for regular members, we can't quite see what already exists. Sorry for asking a lot and many appreciations for the help!

VRModels, I think the community here works great! Discord is convenient but I do like using my account on here for communication rather than my discord account. Just to be safe from people who like to come here and attack users.

It is clear that discord is convenient in terms of communication. If you create a server for the project - it will live a month or less. Just pointless class to create it. It is always possible of course to create a new one and every time everything is new. But not a good idea, we just do not have time to keep track of it all and recreate the server after it is blocked.
The server itself and the account of its creator is blocked. All users who sit on the server - of course not blocked. How many times we have not communicated with the developers discord, we have never given an adequate and clear answer about the server for our project. They say one thing at the beginning, and then do another. It makes no sense to sit and argue with them. For this reason, and we do not have a discord server.
If you have nothing to do and you have any ideas on this subject - write ...
In the meantime, this community is at least somehow coping with its task.

Vergil, I don’t think anyones account got banned, I think Discord just kept removing the server

I remember learning about the discord the day it was shut down. Hope too many people didn't get banned

When you have a PRO account, you sit and do nothing. You start uploading modeles - only when you need a PRO account (to get one or to renew it).
Question - why do you need to get an unlimited PRO account?
In our opinion, even a MatchaMojito user deserves an unlimited PRO account more than you do. At least for his activity.
We have never denied that a number of people have unlimited PRO accounts. Which are mostly issued for activity and of course monitored for their activity etc.
Or do you want to continue why I had something, then did nothing for several months and suddenly it disappeared? We can always continue the discussion.

it would be shutdown within a couple weeks in not a month. Thats why this community page exist. it used to have a many discord servers that all got taken down. some in a month, some in a couple days

plus side is that theres no discord scams to fall for and the security for the community tab is pretty well. The occasional "hOw CoUlD yOu TaKe PeOpLeS mOdElS" will show up but dms r really the only "scam" just dont be stupid tho lol

none of which sound like tech support or even support....

in addition when i hover my profile all i see is balance, balance replenishment, balance history, private message, new models, promo code, upgrade to pro, donations and log out

so i apologise my decision to chat here wasn't to do some sort of scam or make the website look bad, i love this website and appreciate yall setting it up and managing it

After all, if a person has paid for something and he for whatever reason did not get the product for which he paid - he'll at least write to support and ask. And you are silent. Vergil, Yes! But because they can't use PayPal the payment portals are based in Russia. And you probably have to use a VPN or something else to access them/use them.

Toothful, You either upload models or you click Upgrade to Pro and you use one of the payment portals. The website is based in Russia though so the payment sites might not work for you.

There's a couple dozen awaiting moderation right now - it can take a bit however as I believe it's through bot automation. (Usually within a day or two max I've found)

Are there not any models being uploaded in the private section today? I uploaded 4 models yesterday and they're usually approved by now :(

Is there a limit to how many we can upload per day?

It's not really through steam, its through skins from games and stuff i think, i tried it but i needed skins from CS:GO, DOTA, etc.
