Also we can see that other users upload RAR files normally and they don't have any problems.

I'm currently unable to upload .RAR files. When I go to upload, it gives me an error screen saying that I can only upload unitypackage/rar/zip.

I have been converting to .ZIP just to be able to upload, which takes a lot more time, but I thought you might like to know! ^^

Promo codes and buying a Pro account are different things.
In your case, you are buying the upgrade to a Pro account. Not a promo code.

"The paid PRO account activation period for promo codes is valid for one month." Makes it sound like the coupon you purchase needs to be redeemed within one month, not, the pro account status only lasts one month, it could be worded clearer.

I purchased pro with crypto about a month ago, and it seemed to work, I was able to access the booth models and my upgrade to pro button went away, but now Its back and I can't access the full site anymore. Was purchasing pro only for 1 month or something?

i got pro last night and topped up this morning. 2 transactions of 15$ so 30$

since getting pro was taking so long i topped up so next time a booth model came out i wanted i wouldnt have for te payment approval. but the pro and top up were still 2 different payment

As we can see, your payment was processed instantly in automatic mode. You have topped up your balance by 15$ and you have these 15$ in your account.
Topping up and switching to a PRO account are slightly different things. In your case, you just topped up your balance.

I just got a model uploaded that gave me +20% and it got me to 100% but I haven't gotten anything related to a pro account. I was at 95% from the other models I have uploaded and it just went to 15% after being accepted. It's been about 2 days now without any word on it. Not sure what to do.

We are not your ISP to control the quality of your connection and the good speed of your Internet to this or that source in the world. This cannot be called a bug of any kind.
A lot of people pass on their accounts to friends here. By opening up this feature, we'll open up the model upload conveyor to anyone you give your account to. Your brother... your cat, etc. 280-300 models a month. In our opinion, this is already kalasalnoe number of models to download. We already do not understand why you download everything at once as vacuum cleaners. And not just what you will use yourself.
The rules will not be changed.

Not sure if this counts as a bug, but is there a way we could be allowed to re-download the same model more than once, in case the download keeps failing? Everytime it fails once it takes away one dl out of the 10 in the private section and it feels a little unfair. Or perhaps a way to keep the history of downloaded models so that you can go back and download them again without it taking away the 10 dls

None of the payment gateway does not accept cards from Europe and the United States. After all, no one lifted the sanctions that were imposed.

I've been trying to get pro by paying for a while, and it won't take my card. Any help on this?

OH, actually I think I see what you mean.
I took 1 photo meaning that only the 'main poster image' photo will not pass moderation. So total images.

Not trying to start anything, I like the site and everything it has to offer.

I'm trying to say that multiple occasions I have uploaded a photo in the main image, as well as a secondary image in the second section. Previously this has passed moderation fine but for when I upload on occassions when the site is slow, it seems to not register through? The image you showed previously shows that I uploaded a image on the main part, as well as the second part. I'll start taking screenshots for my uploads to show that I am uploading more than 1 image if it helps, it was just a general query I had whether it was something on my end or not. That's all! ^^

I'm more than happy to upload a third image, I'm not trying to be lazy at all - just simply saying that the normal 2 images I've uploaded have worked fine. Please don't take this as an attack in any way, shape of form - was just a question. But thank you anyways for responding! :)

If you have not read the rules, then why did you register on the site and when registering ticked that you read the rules?
You were notified by the bot about the screenshots at least 5 times, for a considerable amount of time. Also the bot always provided a link with all the information. But apparently you were too lazy to go to this link and read what it says?

I've had some issues recently with uploads to the Private section where I'll upload screenshots from the Booth page, (more than 1 of course)
but a good portion recently, such as my latest upload has led to me being messaged that no screenshots were uploaded which wasn't the case :c
Just wondering if there is a bug currently on the site? I've always uploaded multiple screens so confused why it's coming back with this error.

Because you are uploading models that are already on the site. Only newer versions. For what you get %. But these models will not be on your account. Because they are already available on the site. And just updatable to newer versions.

You're getting notifications from the bot. When it updates versions of models.

Okay well all the model are sperate on the booth page, and also none of my models ive been moderated for yesterday/today are not showing up on my page

We don't see any errors here. You divided the models from 1 link into three parts. That's why you got 30%. After all, these models from 1 link. No need to divide them, thinking that you will get more %.

Um so I'm confused about about percentages because I uploaded three models that usually would have gotten me 30 percent each but they got me 10 percent.
