Also - for the sad comment, and for clarity: the avatars themselves were free, yes, but some of the assets I found (from what I may recall) were some Nitro boosts. Not all of them were Nitro. I cannot tell which, because its been a while when I first tried this.

Our bot is implemented on the basis of a neural network and it automatically checks all uploaded models for their availability in the public domain on the Internet. After that, for the moderators, it displays a link from where this or that model was taken. Naturally marked with tags. Paid or free distribution model.
For this, do not say that they are nitro and stuff ... because we see it all.

The fact that people are giving away free models in their discord servers to other people. Passing it off as a nitro exclusive - that's already sad.

Ah, I do find some resources that are Nitro/Discord exclusive, while grabbing some. I did not realize the website didn't allow it anymore - I have seen many free avatars get posted here that I've found in some of the channels. This is why I am confused.

Alternately, if this is not a bug, where do I post to inquire how to get the upload lifted? Do I report/cite people who may be uploading free/nitro/Discord exclusive models and assets as well?

You sit and transfer free models from other resources to ours. What is not good.

If you think you can take free models from one site, upload them to our site and get a % for it, that's not true. This is clearly spelled out in the rules.
No need to transfer free files from one site to ours. You can be banned for that.

Hello! I don't know if it is a bug or if I missed an update. Do free models no longer give you % towards PRO? I uploaded a few gumroad free avatars to the website but I don't see a percentage

If you canceled the download - after you clicked restore, there is a request to the server and it is naturally considered a re-download.
After all, we don't know how users download files... And many people have even taken advantage of this by taking the link and sharing it with all their friends or even on discord servers.
1 link - 1 download.
If you resume 2nd time through this link - of course it will be the 2nd download. After all, you sent a request to this link 2 times.
Also, all links are temporary (10 minutes) and have their own temporary token. Because of what it makes no sense to distribute these links. (i.e. if you take this link and throw it on the discord server, then after 10 minutes it will stop working), and if 10 people use this link, you will have 10 downloads.

You always put up that image, but what do the numbers represent? Can you show the datetime and the file they downloaded? That way we would be able to see if it was multiple button clicks.

It seems that the download count here is not counted when the download button is clicked, but when some kind of session occurs. Therefore, in situations where the connection is extremely poor and the download status stops and resumes repeatedly, a single download is counted as multiple downloads.

We see exactly 10 downloads on your part today.
The number of open tabs has nothing to do with downloads and the limit. Even open 100 of them. The limit starts to be counted when you click on the "Download" button. For this reason, we do not recommend pressing this button more than once.
Regarding the speed of the site - you are all in different regions and we are not your providers to increase the download speed to the resource. Also, we do not have CDN.
We do not see any errors here.

hi im new here and i have some issue with download limit, i notice for couple days i only download 3-4 files of clothing i needed to add to my model then the site blocked me with that XX:XX number i thought it was minute coundown so i came back later, it's doesn't go away, tried ctrl f5 btw, then i comeback in the next morning not yet 24h but it's still there and i'm just got 4 files, later in comeback and able to download and again i only got 3 file this time and the site do the blocky thing again for some what entire day, i do open several tab to take a look of many stuff as a time because my connection to this site quite bad so it's a pain in the ass to just open single tab and wait for another tab to load so i think some bug happened when i open several tab at once

I ran into an issue with downloading Avis with pro, I only downloaded like 4 avis but it says ive hit the quota for 10. When does the site register that a model has downloaded? Is it when I open the page for the avi or when I hit download?

It just did it again, After downloading 5 items, its saying I've downloaded 10. I recorded the entire process this time just incase it was going to happen again. I carefully only clicked the download button one time, and didn't have any other vrmodels tabs open.

Do not press the download button 10 times. The download is recorded when the download button is pressed, not when there is a downloadable file. If one model has several versions of it - each version is a separate download.

strange, ive uploaded some avatars into the private section and got no "%" to get the pro account, is there a bug or something?

why is it when I get lock for 24h for downloading avatar I am often way past 24h waiting and it's still locked. it does that very often. Of is the delay not 24h? thank you.
