Trusted is no longer issued when the PRO account expires. We don't see the point in that. This system has not lived up to our expectations. Out of 10 people who get Trusted, only 1 continues to do something. We don't see the point of this group anymore.

Trusted ranking doesn't seem to be being applied to users who's pro account has expired, unless it takes a bit to kick in

That typically only happens if you have had a tab open for a model on this site for a while then try to download it. Just refresh the page and it should be fine

Vergil, Models go through moderation quite quickly. After all, no one will be waiting for you. As long as you don't look at this section.

Is the moderation channel for pros bugged at the moment, or do I really keep managing to check it when there aren't any currently waiting moderation?

The problem was the IP addresses. You all like to change your IP addresses a lot. And we had all the bindings to IP addresses. There shouldn't be a problem now. If you see anything like that again, please let us know.

Resize the images you're attempting to use in an art program or photopea on browser.
If you're having trouble loading images in general, clear your image cache and then reload things; that usually helps the site run better.

Make the pictures smaller than 5mb. After all, 5mb is a lot for one picture. By standard, one picture weighs no more than 100-400kb.

It would be much easier to find a couple of moderators. After all, moderate the chat twice a day. This is a simple task. And it's easy to delete all this with the click of 1 button

We checked and saw no problems.
Press CTRL + F5 after changing your avatar to reset your browser cache. After all, all pictures on the site are cached.

I think a buddy of mine, PeekABowo, had their account deleted/IP blocked. They described their issue to me which I can see how it may have resulted in such:

They changed their password and logged out of their account, then later tried to log back in and forgot they changed their password, so they had to wait 20 minutes to try again. Then after waiting, it still did not allow them to log in, so they tried to use a VPN to log in (not sure why).

I am aware that only one account is allowed per IP, but they were unaware of this when trying to log back into their account since they were having issues logging in. I was wondering if there was a way they could make a new account or something of that nature? Thank you :))

Starting to think uploading might be borked for trusted users. Woke up to two messages saying the avatar was not at the link I gave when I know for a fact it was. Another potential 66% lost because of that, and now I'm out of actual avatars

Yeah disabled here too. I even uploaded 7 files hosted myself with an external link (mediafire + mega) and all 7 were declined as missing a link/upload. So how do I add to the site if I can't upload directly to it and links aren't accepted?

Not every model has this.
Gumroad - mostly tda + various 20 times used credits in other models. Gumroad is a regular junk shop with credit constructors...not adequate models.
Booth - mostly unique models. Koreans and Japanese are trying.

Also, I believe the Shiratori model should be kept because the v0.5 fix is actually a fixed ripped package, missing the original prefabs, shaders, and features-- I believe it would be best to host actual store-bought packages rather than ripped packages.

% is given for the quality of the model itself. from 0 to 33%. If you upload a complete excuse me garbage and not an adequate model - you will not be given 33% for it

Don't think that uploading everything, even an avatar like a frog... which doesn't even have enough polygons - you won't get 33% for it. Often such models are simply rejected for publication.

We see no point in turning the project into an analog of vrcmods, in which not models but garbage

We see that +2 just counted for them. But that's what we see, it's garbage, and it shouldn't be here at all. Even the bot counted that you can't give 4 for that.

so i cleared my browser cache as i cant see new models without hitting the "By date" button
was logged out of this website and i could see tthem just fine, when i logged back in i still have to click the "By Date" button to see the new models. :/
