Not really a "glitch" but the sitemap is outdated and leaks/links to some of the "early" private section things (model id 1 up to 212) sitemap.

It also links to some regular avatars but its a tiny subset of them (about the first ~100). Some of the links already have been removed too (copyright or re-uploads and other reasons).

I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but I accidentally uploaded a booth model without realizing I had put it in the public category, so I reuploaded it on the private model section. Yet when it got approved, I got a penalty removing 33% of what I should've gotten. Is there any way I can get that back? Was this intended, or a glitch?

It might not be forbidden in your country, but it's very bad practice.

I don't want to cover any legal aspects here, there would be a longer list to fulfil.

My other point wasn't addressed for the 2nd time what makes me think that's either not interesting or a lack of knowledge.

There are no forbidding laws in our country - which prohibit sending passwords to a registered user.
- As passwords to restore the account (if a person forgot the password from his account).
- And also when registering a new account (after confirming the e-mail)
This is not a mistake and not an illegal action. After all, these passwords are sent only to you. And no one else.
If you've lost access to your email - that's your problem. It's not our resource's problem.

I fully understand what you're saying. Sadly it's not addressing the issues. The checks you're trying to do obviously don't help agains people just uploading commercial products and offering for free.

Sending or even working with sensitive data like passwords in plain text is a no-go and should be changed immediately.

Our site is a marketplace. Models can be sold on our site.
And these rules apply to models - which are sold on our site.

I hope it's considered a "Bug" that Passwords get sent in Plain Text via eMail after registration

I'd also say it's a bug that the rules state its forbidden to "Sell models if you are not the author of them." but people still upload models and props as free and even the original author can't do anything against it within an appropriate amount of time and regular sources.

There is a bug/issue with the Screenshots on the user profile.

The preview there is broken and clicking on the screenshot brings you directly to screenshot page instead of the image.

See for an example this profile.

The files I tried were 30-70 MBs though

The maximum file size is 100mb. No need to upload more.

Same issue. Sometimes the bar would fill up then simply disappear. At one instance it said the the file was uploaded, but didn't show the "OK" and still disappeared. Moreover, the upload is really slow but throttling is expected for the site's stability

But i have run into the problem a lot, like when i tried to get my grandma in Russia a gift (flowers). No Russian payment provider will accept a European card since they are using the old payment/processing system that has been phased out entirely at the end of 2020.

Corrected. Earlier, it was possible to download RAR archives. They were removed recently. Because people here are lazy and more than half do not even know what RAR archives is. They want only ZIP.

little missinformation while uploading avatar file it says you can select ".rar" file but when you try to select a rar file it says it doesn't accept it. maybe remove the mention that we can select rar file next the the select file button or authorize rar file to be uploaded? thank you.

There is still an issue/bug with the payment system, all the payment providers doesn't handle the newer creditcard security standards (basically 2 factor for cc payments) making me unable to donate through any of the payment gateways.

We will test this problem. Most likely, not enough server memory to process the file for a long time. (too much weight).

Feels like an appropriate place to put this. Whenever I'm trying to upload a file to the site it says its uploading but when its does the file completely disappears and there is no ok message. The avatars im uploading are all within the acceptable mb limit.

And attach a screenshot of the problem.

no images load while running the site of firefox for me.
everything just get's listed over a white background and i'm missing all the functionality on this chat box aside from send.
i disabled any add block i was using and the site still wont load properly.
i'm wondering if any other users are experiencing the same problem when using firefox?

Same thing here, is it possible it just got taken down? Maybe the case because technically it is against discord TOS and I did see a few avatar creators in the server who might have reported it.

As i just was writing a new bug report (and testing some scenarios) it seems you noticed it yourself already and solved it right away, i was about to press submit as the fix went live. Do you mean the Main image on the page for models? Because if so i can see what you mean for example on some models where the main images has text/description its very hard to make out of it what is written there, same happens in some cases with some instructions for scripts.

The absence of one or another payment gateway is not the error of the site.
There is no way we can introduce PayPal as a payment gateway. (On September 10, a new PayPal policy is coming out. It says - it's forbidden to accept payments for goods, donations, and other things through PayPal).
The bottom line is that PayPal is a system for accepting payments from friends and family. But not for selling goods.

It doesn't make sense to register a corporate account or anything like that yet. There will be too many questions about their usage policy. Because so far we are facing some restrictions on their part, on limits and stuff like that.

Well here goes the first one, not entirely sure if its a bug or intended; but the payment gateway methods is missing paypal.
