    This error is a new common one I’ll have to add to the wiki. VRChat dev changed something with the SDK and now audio clips need to be adjusted. I don’t think once newer Avis are uploaded it will be a problem but for now a simple fix…

    You can press where it says select or if you know where the audio clips are located in the project tab, click each one and check the box that says “Load in Background”

    Will have a more detailed description for how to fix some other time.

    im having an issuse with two models, one being Jade by sour bugz and scenecorewh*re by guttercandy. everytime I try to upload them I get the error "PrecompiledAssemblyException: Multiple precompiled assemblies with the same name VRC.Utility.dll included or the current platform. Only one assembly with the same name is allowed per platform. Assembly paths: "

    I tried to just remove the vrc sdk that came with the modle but then I get errors that a file or [ackage is missing, if anyone can help me figure this out thatd be very helpful

    @Not_ASpy if you have VRLabs folder try to delete it, it was usualy the case for me for that issue where another prefabs were created, also try to run FACS Utilitys and fix/delete scripts, as i see you have error for that

    Grey-chan, so all you have 2 do is look for any audio file in the search bar and find the decompress on load on each audio file. click on the error itself then look for the audio in the inspector then change the search bar to "type" then type in wav and change each audio to decompress on load" and it worked for me!

    could be a couple reasons, the few i can think of...

    Raviv Poi Pro Plugin not installed (Assets/RalivDynamicPenetrationSystem/Plugins/RalivPenetrationForPoiyomiPro.unitypackage just double click it and press import in the popup window.

    At the top of the Scene tab you will find a light bulb icon in between a 2D icon and a Speaker icon. Click the Light bulb, this will allow lights to be in the scene. Which is how DPS works.

    If Poi Pro DPS isn't working you can change the shader from Poi to Ralivs shader instead.

    Make sure animations are setup correctly as well as menu/parameters.

    I know some worlds will break DPS all together for the lights they use in the map.

    A less common issue is uploading multiple models in a row with DPS can make older uploads not work if they're cached while uploading newer models. (this is just a theory based on observation)

    you mean prefab errors?

    they're the most common because that's Unity's last error message that people always screenshot or copy/paste. 99% of the time it does not help with fixing your problems.It has many possibilities for popping up which is why there's a Wiki explaining most if not all your questions. So yes there is a reason.

    do not copy an entire error code that long... theres no business pasting that here. Its a prefab error thats all u had to say, u didnt take a screenshot for whats causing the error. A prefab error has many causes

    ur SDK broke and an editor failed.
    If the Avatar is a 2.0, u need the 2.0 SDK YOU CANNOT MAKE A 2.0 PROJECT WITH CREATOR COMPANION otherwise restart the project again if it's 3.0 and see if it happens again. Not the answer u were probably looking for but its the best i can do for an SDK error.

    Brand new project with creator companion

    Hello,

    I am trying to upload the avi https://vrmodels.store/avatars/20198-kanna.html and I can't get it to work.

    I tried originally using just Unity 2019 without the creator.
    1. Uploaded SDK
    2. Poiyomi_Pro_8.0.272_and_Poiyomi_Pro_7.3.50_1
    3. Dynamic bones 1.21
    4. Avi Pack

    With creator companion
    1. went with creator defaults
    2. put in dynamic bones
    3. tried to upload and then all these red error messages

    you most likely didn't import dynamic bones, those aren't missing prefabs they are missing scripts

    It is very easy to solve the pink shaders problem look which shader is pink and then press on it and look on the side of the screen there is an option to change the shader put it to vrm and then click mtoon that the pink shader has a normal texture again

    if you're trying to upload to quest, check if there are any missing scriptsw and or any scripts at all, vrchat sdk will not allow any scripts except their own for the quest platform unfortunatly

    FiFi,
    This is a lazy creator, If it doesn't upload correctly and the toggles all all messed up you will have to figure out whats default on and toggle them off in the inspector.

    Most cases it should upload fine, only problems you may come across is if you're calibrating FBT it may appear with lots of clothing or some missing. This goes the same for you loading the avatar and those who do not have you shown.
